One of Adelaide’s oldest and greatest lawn bowls club now becomes one of Australia’s most modern clubs thanks to its new undercover tech-dome upgrade. For local residents, the enormous undercover dome is hard to miss. Shining, under LED lights, the new under cover 12-rink turf, can host up to 96 players at one time, this includes teams of four playing against one another across 12-rinks. Hosting national, state and international open tournaments is a big part of our club’s future and with our updated facility it puts our club on an international footing. But the club is built on a spirit of community and is committed to bringing the fun and connection of lawn bowls to all people. For that reason the club encourages all events, because lawn bowls is for all people. Whether it’s a corporate team building event, a Christmas function, Quiz Night, Bingo, a 21st, an engagement party or even a wedding. The renovated club room with fully stocked bar at old school prices and a commercial kitchen is the perfect solution for any event, big or small.
