From the TBC Selection Panel January 2026
We wish all Torrensville Bowling Club members and their families a Happy New Year and welcome you back to what we hope will be a terrific finish to the season.
We would like to advise you all of some changes to the Selection Panel.
A Grade Selector
Craig Cannell has resigned from the role of A grade selector for both Wednesday and Saturday. We take this opportunity to thank him for his time and efforts.
Darren Hayes has kindly agreed to step in and fill the position left by Craig as the selector and manager.
B Grade Selector
Bruce Matar has also agreed to join the panel and will take responsibility for B grade selections and side management.
C Grade Selector
Ken Smith will continue in his role as C Grade Selector and manager.
D Grade Selector
This will allow Lyn Brice to move into D grade as a player, selector, manager and to mentor this team which is largely made up of Night Owl Bowlers as it is vital that we promote and support this team in order to get more future pennant bowlers into the club.
We would also like to remind all members to talk to the Selector for your side with any queries/complaints/suggestions.
In our push to play finals this year we really want to make the rest of the year as enjoyable and fun for all bowlers as possible.
