The Torrensville dome was filled with 96 competitors (24 teams) yesterday for the inaugural Smartline 4s tournament. Teams from as far away as Barmera, Meningie, Wasleys and Murray Bridge competed in the first tournament under the dome. Congratulations to Peter Hammond’s team from Brighton for taking away the cash $1,000.
A fun ‘corner to corner’ competition was held at lunch time, and Brenton Rolton, the sponsor of the event, was an early leader.
It was a great day, and the club would like to thanks all participants and particularly the volunteers, without whom the event would not have been such a success.
