Torrensville Bowling Club Presents: Bowled Over, a night of great food, craft beer, local DJs and… well… bowls!

One of Adelaide’s oldest and greatest lawn bowls club now becomes one of Australia’s most modern clubs thanks to its new undercover tech-dome upgrade.

To celebrate the occasion the club are throwing open their gates, doors, greens and bar for Bowled Over on August 2nd. Expect a night of great food (Sunny’s Pizza / Caro Club), craft beers, a decent soundtrack (Skin Contact DJs) all set to a classic social lawn bowls backdrop with unlimited bowling all night. What’s more, entry is free! BUT you must register for your tickets to secure your spot.

Social lawn bowls are a true Aussie tradition that may have lost its way in recent times. But this time we are doing things properly. On the evening expect lessons on the new undercover greens from some of the best and established old players at the club. Just come and say hi! On top of the fully stocked bar (with old school club prices) we have new craft beers on offer for tasting and sippin. Plus we’ll be releasing the Bowled Over Green Gin Cocktail made especially for the event. Setting the musical scene will be local party legends that is Skin Contact, so expect the best in naughties beats greenside.
